1:24.0	Trying to get out of bed in the mornings, I literally look like Smeagull, a gnarled form moving and
1:30.3	strange but weirdly deliberate ways, desperately trying not to upset my back and my hips.
1:36.0	But good news, folks, by mid next week I should be walking relatively pain free and on the road to recovery.
