Meanwhile, a federal judge rules ICE agents cannot use tear gas against peaceful protesters.

We've seen tear gas in the past at night.

A number of different arrests, DHS releasing the photo of one arrest, a member of the Latin

Kings gang who broke into an FBI vehicle, stole body armor and a weapon as well.

The Justice Department opening up a criminal investigation against the governor and the mayor

of Minneapolis, saying they are impeding federal agents trying to do their work here.

There's been a sharp response from the governor and the mayor, both saying they're not going

to be intimidated by any federal investigation. They also say weaponizing the justice system against opponents is an authoritarian

tactic. The U.S. launching another strike on ISIS targets in Syria. The U.S. today saying that

they did another strike in central Syria, part of Operation Hawkeye strike, which the U.S. launched on December 22nd.

It responds to the attack that led to the death of two members of the Iowa National Guard,

as well as an American civilian interpreter, U.S. Central Command, which is the group that oversees

military operations in that region, in the Middle Middle East as well as parts of Asia.

They say that a strike resulted in the death of a leader affiliated with al-Qaeda, who had direct

ties to an ISIS terrorist responsible for that ambush attack on those two service members,

as well as an American civilian interpreter. So far, they say there have been 100 targets

that have been hit all over Syria related to ISIS targets.
