| 0:57.0 | that the purpose of life is transforming union with God, which is meant to begin in this life. |

| 1:08.0 | God wants us to not only share in his life, but also to have the corresponding delight and joy of tasting it here on earth. |
| 1:16.0 | And I'm so proud of you for your commitment to pray the Rosary, |
| 1:20.0 | for it is a meditation that puts you well on the way. |
| 1:24.0 | But too few desire or strive after union with God, |
| 1:29.0 | mostly because they think it's not possible for them to achieve. |
| 1:33.8 | Well, John would be the first to tell you, |
| 1:36.7 | it is for you. |
| 1:38.0 | You were made for this. |
| 1:39.6 | Nothing less will satisfy. |
| 1:58.8 | And the way to reach transforming union with God is to unite your will to the will of God. Of this John writes, here we have the reason for stating that two wills become one and this one will is God's will, which also becomes yours. |
