Summary

0:53.2	This was around 2009. My dad and my mom were flippers, so they purchased homes that were either foreclosed or had kind of been let to rot.
1:05.0	Every house that we've ever lived in has been a fixer-upper or a flip.
1:11.6	My dad ended up purchasing this house in Gibsonville, North Carolina.
1:17.6	It was a complete wreck.
1:20.6	My dad always said, I really want to have a house that's haunted.
1:25.6	He got his wish, but he never got to see anything haunted.
1:30.3	It was only me and my sister that really got to experience the things that happened in this house.
1:43.3	The house was built in 1903 by a doctor.
1:47.0	He ended up passing away in the house, and he gifted the house to his nurse after he died.

1:57.0	The house went through a couple of changes of hands over the years after that before it sat
