and this is our continuing coverage of the Delphi Murders.

And for those of you who weren't familiar with the case,

a quick primer back in 2017, February 13th to be exact two young ladies by

the name of Avigail Williams in Liberty German were dropped off at a nature preserve around Delphi, Indiana,

around 1.30 in the afternoon by Kelsey German.

The girls went on a walk. They went to go take some pictures for Snapchat and just

went to hang out. It's an area where a lot of people go and hang out.

Girls are supposed to get picked up at around 3 p.m. by

Libby's dad. He got out there, had no contact with the girls, he went out and searched

for the girls.

That continued till about 530. The family is calling everybody they know. Girls never show up. No one hears from them.

Ultimately, law enforcement is contacted and they begin a search. A search goes on up until the point that they're no longer able to see. The search ceases at some point at least the on the ground

search and unfortunately the following morning the girls are found on adjoining property to the nature preserve and the cases

investigated for five years and it ends up going cold up until October of

2022 when an arrest is finally made and the gentleman by the name of

Richard Allen is arrested and from that point forward we have been plowing towards trial, which is set to go on May 13th of this year.

And it has been a mess getting there which is what a majority of our

coverage is handling the procedural side of this as we try to make our way towards trial and

tonight is no exception. There has been yet another filing in the case that never
