I'm your host Bob Mata, and this is our continuing coverage of the Delphi case, the people of the state of Indiana versus Richard Allen.

So we're back. High listeners, we've missed you guys.

So for anybody that's concerned, because this is a Delphi episode and not Stephen Avery, fair not.

Stephen Avery is coming. There's no way we're abandoning that.

It's just one of those situations where you have a case like Abby and Libby's case and something large happens.

I feel obligated to try to get an episode out as soon as humanly possible so that it's timely for people that are interested in that case and wondering what's going on.

And there's a lot going on in it. We had the hearing back on the 15th of June. I was in attendance.

We did an episode regarding that, which I'd like to make a correction by the way.

I listened to that the other day just to kind of familiarize myself with what we had talked about.

And I believe in that episode that I called Allen's wife Tracy and I believe that her name is Kathy.

So if Kathy's listening to this by chance, which I guess you never know she could be, I apologize for misnaming you.

But what went down in that hearing, we covered pretty extensively.

And one of the big things that kind of went down is that Judge Goll had mentioned the fact that she was going to be unceiling a rather large amount of documents.

And the hope was that it was going to happen the following week after the hearing. It didn't.

And then we were hoping it was going to happen the week next. And then it did.

So it was towards the ends of the week. And there was a huge, huge doc drop.

I got word from actually a reporter who was hitting me up to see if I'd want to talk about it.

And I was a guy. I didn't realize they had dropped yet. So I probably wouldn't be a very good guest to talk about it at that point.

And she was kind enough to send me the link. I was able to get them called Allie over today. Allie, I need help.

I don't know what I'm doing. I'm old. And I don't understand technology.

You know, the whole caveman lawyer thing, which works really well for me.
