This is part two, and I'm incredibly excited about this,

of the Richard Allen debate.

So we're obviously talking about the appellate briefs that have been

filed. So we've had Allen's brief filed and then we had the state's response. And if you've missed

the first part, you should go back and watch it. But this is going to be the next two issues,

the last two issues which we couldn't reach in our first

debate. And once again, I'm joined by the brilliant Andrea Burkart, the brilliant Allison Mata,

and the brilliant Michael Osbrook, three brilliant legal minds. I feel very fortunate to have them

give their valuable time to me in terms of us being able to go through this exercise because I think it's, I think it's educational and I think it'll be entertaining both. And I think it's a pretty neat format. So I hope that you guys enjoy it out there. I did get some comments that I wasn't as strict with the clock as I should have

been. And, you know, look, if somebody's in the middle of a thought, I'm going to let them finish

it out, right? So I'm going to try to keep people to as tight as the time as I can, but look, there's no guarantees. And so it's

the same rules. Yes. I was just going to note, and since Andrea and I are sharing the

defense team, we have already spoken about if Andrea's got more to say that we're going to

oblige. Okay. So, because usually I was kind of addressing it

to both of you to leave it to either one to kind of take the lead on it. Do you, like, do you guys,

I just want to be clear on this, do you want me to address it to one or the other? Yes, that's what

we've decided. Yes, please. Okay. All right. All right. And if I address it to the wrong one, then the other one say, no, you know what? I'll let Andrea or vice versa handle that one, okay? We'll do our best to read the room. Okay, excellent. And then so it's going to be the same rules. There's going to be five minutes on the original answer.

And then there's going to be, I think I gave two minutes on the response and then one minute on the sur response.
