What's up guys? This is a quick insert that I'm putting in before the show, which is like two hours and 40 minutes.

I think I'm going to have to cut some of the times.

I had total technical problems again. I got to get a new computer but I just

want to tell you that it's a super long marathon show that I never intended to make it that long

there is there are a lot of gems in there.

There's also a lot of wild tangents,

so you may or may not be into, but I'm telling you,

maybe listen to it on double speed if you want.

There's a lot of really good stuff in there.

Oh, and I did my best to remember edit points when the computer froze and all of that happens,

so I'm going to do my best to cut all of that out,
