But we are not going to talk about Hong Kong or New Zealand, We're going to talk about

Sweden's greatest musical export, which is not Max Martin,

it's Spotify, which is doing amazingly, amazingly interesting things on the stock market.

So if you're a finance nerd and you think Max Martin or Abbott or something like that is cool.

Just wait till you hear what Spotify is up to.

But we are going to start with Anna, Iceland.

Iceland.

Iceland. Because there's a law?

A law that's now taking effect.

Okay, so walk us through it.

Right. So, Iceland now has a law that mandates that companies certify that they are paying

men and women the same.

And they need to get an outside auditor in to sort of tick the box and say,

yep, we've looked at how much the men get paid

and how much the women get paid and the men are not

making any more than the women.

Right.
