Let's get started by bringing in the man who says that evil queens are just Disney princesses

who worked in guest relations way too long.

It's Mr. Jim Hill. Jim has a going,

Oh, look, I have friends who work in guest relations.

Or rather, used to work in guest relations,

but they're dealing with that 1% of guests who visit Walt Disney World of the

Disneyland Resort eventually wore them down.

I mean, 99.99% of the guests, they blip in the town hall and they're looking for a park map

or they want to draw something off or lost and found,

they are literally asking when the three o'clock parade gets underway.

With times of three o'clock parade, yeah.

But that's that 1% especially during the pandemic and during this era of mask wearing

who have been just horrible.

The people who typically are enforcing a policy didn't actually make,

didn't actually make the policy.
