I met Lovie through a neighbor named Justin.

I guess it was probably mid-2010, maybe beginning of 2010.

I was looking for a house cleaner and just mentioned it to my neighbor.

He spoke highly of someone named Lovie.

He said he found her on Craigslist.

Called her and she started cleaning my house once every, you know, week or two.

You know, she's quiet and very little. She did tell me that she did speak like how much

about how much she likes, like the water, because we have that in common. We love the water

and fishing and the beach and things like that.

She told me that she had lived in the Keys before.

When I first met her, she told me that she had worked like on fishing boats in the Keys and that she was actually, oh gosh, she told me she was a fishing captain down there.

And then as I got to know her, you know, after someone comes to your house once a week, once every two weeks,

she gets to know her or gets to know them more. And she started getting a little more personal telling me about a boyfriend that she was living

with here in Pensacola named Jim and how things weren't going well.

We describe her as like a beach bum type hippie.

She was just kind.

She always called me sweetie.

She was thoughtful.

She was a great housemate when she moved in with me.

She just never caused any problems. She was, you know, she didn't get in your way or anything like that. You know, she was just really accommodating and sweet. I was friends with her. You know, I was friends with her. I did things with her on the weekends and we spent time together. You know, it wasn't, like she wasn't being, you know, she wasn't giving me the information just because she wanted. It was, it wasn't like she wasn't being, you know,
