So the other day I was looking through our photo album of our children, our daughters and now our grandchildren.

And I was just stunned at how much they have changed and grown and I still think of them as I think 18, 19 20 and

they're not anymore and it just feels like the years have just raced by and that these precious little things

now have children of their own and I'm just stunned at how much can take place in a person's life and development and just what seems like a heartbeat.
