Well, today we're talking with one of my favorite humans on the planet about our brain's

ability to change and heal.

And the thing is, you can change your mind without God.

You can change your mind.

You can think differently.

God has wired us in such a way that we have some agency in that.

But what happens when you involve God in the process, where you move from positive thinking

to redemptive perspectives?

We're going to talk about how God really has put in

your heart, your desire to be well, to be healed, to be whole, to be free, your desire to

encounter God in the midst of the worst trials of your life. That originated from God. He put that

in you. We're made for him, by him. And so we're talk about just how he's wired our body in such an

incredible way that we can truly find him and we can even change our default positions. You hear

me say this often. We don't default to postures of faith, hope, and love instinctively. We just don't.

We go to fear, worry, doubt, despair. But you can change that. Did you know that?
