business. And I think it's a really great topic because so often the long term goal is to have a

great business. So it's actually to have hindsight. It's to have vision. It's to plow through

things. It's to build that consistency because we're not just here for the

temporary gains, although we love a good month. The key is having a great business. So when we think

about this, it's about elevating our leadership standards. It's about developing long-term growth

mindset. It's about reinforcing our level of excellence. I really want to

emphasize how we spend time today, especially if you're in my profession, sponsoring and

enrolling more people on your team, because that is the lifeblood of growing, really,

So when I think about my profession in general, in network marketing, you really kind of
