Andrew DeCecho. Great to be with you, as always, this being a Tuesday afternoon that I'm recording.

And full disclosure, yesterday, as you may remember, the last time I talked to you all,

the plan was for me to write a story on inside the birds.com on a number of things that I think

right now about the 2025 Philadelphia Eagles. And I had to pivot a little bit because when you know it shortly after

recording the podcast, it became known that several key figures in the Eagles were going to be

available Tuesday afternoon at the NovaCare Complex inside the auditorium, notably

head coach Nick Siriani, who signed the multi-year extension and quarterback Jalen Hertz, who we haven't heard from since

locker clean out. So I had to do a little bit of pivoting and really focus on the task at hand,

the topics at hand. And there was a lot to take away. And the player availability today included

wide receiver A.J. Brown, offensive tackle, Jordan Milata, Jalen Hertz, and head coach Nick Siriani.

And one of the themes of the availability today was that the Eagles never once rested on their laurels.

And it was a collective sentiment that they were ready to move forward and turn the page.

They didn't bask in the Super Bowl glow that some teams do.

They are solely fixated and focused on winning another one, getting focused on the 2025 season.

To be honest with you, they never even intimated that they were focused on winning another

one. They talked about being focused on the process and the task at hand, which is the 2025 season.

And that all stems from Nick, from Nick Siriani and quarterback Jaywin Hertz. And I think A.J. Brown,

he had some interesting things to say. Of course, AJ got engaged.

And I think that, you know, having John Legend there was something that was notable.

And he talked about the connection there.
