What's happening, everybody?

Welcome into this edition of DeCecho Daily.

It's Andrew DeCecho, and I am here in my hotel, finally, after a long day in Tampa

at Raymond James Stadium. The Eagles win improving to 4 and 0 by a score of 31 to 25 in a place that had been largely a house of horrors for this team under Nick Siriani.

And it was kind of an odd game.

There was a lot that happened in it and i always reserve strong

judgment after you know until i give the game another watch or two but i will give you some

my immediate takeaways and reactions and we'll kind of go from there now the offense i thought

the offense started out strong,

I believe J-1 Hertz was 15 of 16 at the break. There was some creativity with those

shovel pass of sorts to Dallas Goddard on those two touchdowns. They took advantage of

in a very aggressive Tampa front, and they kind of left them vulnerable

on the side where J-1 was able to make a really good decision, get the ball to Goddard,

and Goddor was able to fight his way in the end zone. There still wasn't a ton of running

room for Saquan Barkley. The Eagles running back finished with just 43 yards on 19 carries.

But I thought early in this game, you can see the aggressiveness that you heard talked about ad nauseum this week.

And there was a concerted effort to be more aggressive in this game.

And you saw that all three phases of the game were firing an all cylinder,

complimenting one another early, and at the break, the Eagles had the Buccaneers at 24 to 6.

Now, Chase McLaughlin drilled a 65-yarder as time expired going into halftime,

and I think you can argue that that may be injected a little bit of life into that Tampa Bay team, but they were largely on the ropes.

They were having trouble countering the Eagles haymakers that they were throwing.
