and now we are going to unveil for the next two weeks my positional preview where I start

to go through every position, and we're going to start with quarterbacks, and this is something

that we're going to run. I said this for the next couple of weeks, and we're going to start with quarterbacks, and this is something that we're going to run.

And today we're going to start with quarterbacks.

You have to feel really good about where the Eagles quarterback situation is right now.

The room has a little bit of everything.

They have a Super Bowl MVP who's quickly

becoming among the elite of his position and the face of that position in the NFL. You have

a rising quarterback who's second in command in Tanner McKee, who I think has starting potential

for someone. And then you have an intriguing developmental player, and Kyle McCord, who the Eagles drafted

in the sixth round, also have experience with Dorian Thompson-Robinson.

So they have an interesting room, and we're going to kind of break down how the different

players fit into the equation.

Obviously, we already know that Jayalen Hertz is going to be piloting this high-octane Eagles offense,

fresh off a Super Bowl MVP season, and he keeps checking off every single box.

And now the offense is looking to reach new heights under new offensive coordinator Kevin Petulow.

But I'm not expecting this transition to take as much time as the transition took when Kellyn Moore took the reins last year as the play caller.

Because J-1's work with Kevin Petulow, since Kevin Petulow joined Nick Siriani's staff in 2021,

and working closely throughout the seasons, I'm expecting both J-1 and Kevin to know exactly the strengths and areas of opportunity

and find ways to tower the offense around the skills
