I am your host, Andrew DeCecho, and we are continuing my way too early 53-man roster projection.

Yesterday, I did the offensive side and I had the Eagles keeping 25 players.

On the defensive side, it gets a little interesting, and I think you'll see that there's a

lot of intriguing young talent there, and they are a little bit deeper in some areas than we

may be initially given them credit for. And we'll just get the three specialistsists out of the way, and that is kicker Jake Elliott,

punter, Braden Mann, and long snapper Charlie Hewlett, who of course was signed

via Free Agency of the Cleveland Browns replacing longtime long-time long snapper, Rick Levato,

he'll be wearing number 47.

Now, we're going to start with the defensive tackle room, and obviously Jalen Carter is going to be headlining this unit.

Jordan Davis, the Eagles exercised his fifth year option,

so he'll be an eagle through 2026.

He's going to have to step up in a major way to help the tone for the loss of Milton Williams,

who just did an absolutely incredible job for the Eagles last year, playing 501 snaps.

Jordan Davis playing 37% of the snaps 388 is going to have to rise to the occasion here and what feels like a very pivotal season for him.

Next on the depth chart is going to be Morrow Oshamo, and I think very highly at Morrow.

I think he's going to be a player that really takes a big step forward in his third season now.

He also played 37% of the snaps, 388 total snaps.

And he's going to be that change-up, that someone who comes in off the bench
