And I want to talk about a couple of different topics today.

So leading things off,

I'm going to talk about a couple of free agents.

One in particular I've noticed. There's been a lot of folks clamoring for.

And I understand why, and that's offensive lineman Mackay Bechton.

I don't think enough is made about Bechton's relatively seamless transition from tackle to guard in just a matter of months.

That's no easy feat.

He put his ego aside and he experienced a career resurgence working with offensive line guru,

Jeff Stoutland and being sort of the unsung hero on a star-studded offensive line. He's well liked amongst his teammates.

I think he's really embraced the Philadelphia culture. He's been, you see the impact that it means to be in a winning environment with a strong support system and there's tons of camaraderie in a positive

environment.

Someone like Mackay Beckton who's coming from the Jets and he's made it very well clear about how

much that support system means to him, it's allowed him to flourish.

So I think Beckton needs the Eagles even more than the Eagles need Beckton.
