Welcome in to this edition of the Checo Daily.

It's Andrew DeCechko here, Eagles beat reporter for Inside the Birds.com.

And it's Wednesday, which means the Eagles were back on the practice field.

They held a walkthrough around 4.30 Wednesday afternoon. And there was a number of different

news items to emerge from Wednesday's media availability throughout the day. And I actually

put together a notebook, which you can read on Inside the Birds.com. And it covers a number of topics.

And we'll start with the first one that before any of the media availability today, earlier

this morning, the Eagles activated cornerback, Jacorian Bennett from injured reserve.

He's now on the 53-man roster.

And they placed veteran cornerback, J.R. Alexander, who of course they traded for on November 1st on the reserve retired list.

I did a podcast yesterday about Jair Alexander.

And yes, it was a little curious because in his introductory media scrum, he expressed a lot of optimism and a fresh start here in Philadelphia.

He said he felt as healthier than he's been since the knee surgery and was really eager to get after it.

Didn't make the trip to Green Bay.
