And the Eagles, Monday morning around 7.30, struck another trade with the Miami Dolphins.

The Dolphins trade edge rusher Jalen Phillips to the Eagles in exchange for a 2026 third round pick.

And for those wondering, that's the Eagles original third round pick.

So Jalen Phillips, he's played nine games this season,

seven quarterback hits, three sacks,

and the big hiccup with him throughout his career

and even dating back to college at UCLA and Miami has been injuries.

And in 2023, he played for Vic Van Gio and he suffered an Achilles tear.

But in the eight games that he played for Vic Van Gio, he had six and a half sacks and 27 pressures.

Remarkably productive, has a good relationship with Vic.

And now he gives the Eagles a 26-year-old pass rusher with upside, 6'5-263.

You like the size there.

And they finally have a headliner who can compliment what the Eagles already have with Jailix Hunt,

Nolan Smith, Brandon Graham, who is joining the team

shortly, Josh Ushay, and Patrick Johnson, let's not forget Azizoshares on injured

reserve with a hamstring injury. So they have sort of a crowded house there, but I think that

they've done a really good job of piecing it together

where a lot of the players who they've been really reliant on, like a J-Lux Hunt, can now slot

into sort of a reduced role, which I think is going to help him from a production standpoint.
