Hey, what's up everybody?

Welcome into another edition of DeCecho Daily.

It's Andrew DeCecho, and the Eagles were back on the practice field Wednesday afternoon,

and it had obviously been a very

active 48 hours for the Eagles and really every NFL team.

But the roster still isn't 100% set.

That's why they call it the initial 53.

There was still the waiver claim process.

And of course, they had to set their practice squad.

So let's get into some of that very quickly.

Gone from the 53, second year offensive lineman Trevor Keegan and safety Tristan McCollum.

On to the 53 for the Eagles, veteran long snapper Charlie He Hewlett, and Center Willie Lampkin.

Lampkin is an undersized center out of North Carolina, 511, 279, if you're going off his

pro day number. He was a rookie phrase in signing of the Rams, and he suffered a knee injury

in addition to an ankle sprain during preseason play in the game against the Chargers.

And I think him joining a crowded offensive line allows him the opportunity to grow and develop without having that pressure under a renowned offensive line coach, Jeff Stoutland.

He's obviously a player that the Eagles coveted.

And now he adds

another body and another intriguing developmental prospect to the room. And the Eagles obviously

had to really like the player in order to claim and have to part ways. So Trevor Keegan,

if you're going based off of the order in which the players were waived,

he was first waived.
