Hey, what's happening everybody?

Welcome in to another edition of DeCecho Daily, Andrew DeCechko, bringing you all of the sights

and sounds from day two of Eagles training camp down at the Novacare complex.

It was a, well, we had a nice little breeze. It wasn't super hot. It's not like it gets in August

sometimes when you get to those dog days of summer. But again, I can't emphasize how great it is

for football to be back in South Philadelphia. It just feels right.

But let's start with some housekeeping items, as we always do.

And we'll start with the injury report from today because Jalen Carter,

Eagles defensive tackle was sidelined with his shoulder,

and guard Kenyon Green with the

knee. Again, he didn't practice. So that was very consistent with the first day. And then linebacker

Jahad Campbell with the shoulder and center Cam Juergens with the back were limited participants

for the second consecutive day as well. Again, my understanding regarding Campbell

and Juergens is that the monitoring of these reps are part of the recovery process.

Let's get to some practice notes. How about the practice today was classified as green,

the green, yellow, red. It covers around 90 minutes today,

and defensive coordinator, Fick Fangio, met with the media about 940 this morning, had some

interesting things to say, including highlighting a rookie. Well, he was asked about the rookie,

but he gave a sort of a complimentary feel, I guess you

can say, to this fifth round rookie Mac McWilliams as he plays nickel, can play outside. Talked

about the committee approach in terms of the defensive tackles. There's a three-person contingent, I guess you could say,

and Moro Joma, Jordan Davis, and Ty Robinson,
