Hello everyone, Andrew DeCechko here, DeCecho DeCeco Daily. There's no slowing down for me during the offseason.

I continue to ramp up my coverage, my written coverage, my audio, NFL draft is around the corner, so there'll be plenty of pre-draft coverage to come.

But today we're going to talk a little bit about Kellyn Moore, the Eagles former Super Bowl winning offensive coordinator,

who of course was just hired to be the New Orleans Saints head coach.

And what that could mean as he looks to fill out his coaching staff.

Well, there's a few different names that have surfaced for various roles,

and we're going to get to them in a second.

Defensive coordinator, he's looked at Christian Parker,

who is currently the Eagles Passing Game Coordinator and Defensive Bax Coach.

And for those who don't know, I've said this extensively on the airwaves,

really since April or May.

I've written about it on Inside the Birds.com.

Christian Parker is very much viewed as an up-and-coming, fast-rising position coach who can take on a greater role.

It does a really good job of honing in on the fundamentals and harping on the details and

simplifying things for his secondary.

He saw the communication, the widespread communication across the secondary.

And Christian also finds ways to kind of motivational tactics for his players, whether that's leaving earplugs in their lockers as a

symbol as a symbol to block out the noise, whether he's leaving a magnifying glass in the

lockers of his safeties to talk about their vision and what they're seeing, or whether it's

leaving a red gas can in front of Slay's locker with a post-a note that says

how many more big plays do you have in your big play tank?

So I just think that he is a coach who really gets it.
