| 0:00.0 | What's happening, everyone? Welcome into another episode of DeCecho Daily, Andrew DeCecho, Eagles Beat |
| 0:14.4 | Reporter for Inside the Birds.com here. I'm going to make this one relatively quick. I am in the |
| 0:19.5 | parking lot getting ready to go in to see cheap trick tonight. |
| 0:22.5 | Looking forward to that. |
| 0:23.7 | But we're going to continue our better, or worse, or the same series here on Inside the Birds. |
| 0:29.1 | And I'm going with the tight end position today. |
| 0:31.6 | So looking at the 2025 tight end position, you had Dallas Goddard, Grant Calcutera, and I think, and Colin Granson as well. |

| 1:19.2 | J-1 Hertz, which obviously goes a long way and gives the Eagles that tight end one that they need. |
| 1:26.2 | But let's look at the 2025 group because Dallas |
| 1:30.2 | Goddard was a popular target for Hertz. Grant Calcutera always had nine receptions last season |
| 1:36.6 | as the Eagles second tight end. And there was so much made about his inefficiency as a blocker. |
| 1:42.9 | And I'm not here to dispute that, but I go back |
| 1:45.6 | to what I said previously, and that is that that's on the coaches for putting Grant in a difficult |
| 1:51.0 | situation that doesn't accentuate what he does well. That's not on the player. He's a willing |
