Welcome in to DeCecho Daily.

I am your host, Andrew DeCechko, Eagles Beat Reporter for Inside the Birds.com.

And there is still so much to unpack in the aftermath of Jeff Stoutland

stepping away from his post as offensive line coach, a position in which he's held for 13 seasons.

But what is very evident is that the Eagles are going to implement drastic changes offensively,

as evidenced by Jeff Stoutland

no longer being a member of the staff.

There's a young offensive coordinator in Sean Manion, who is going to be bringing his ideas

and principles into the mix here.

And then you also have a new pass game coordinator and Josh Grasard.

And I really like some of the things that he was able to do in his two seasons with the buccaneers in terms of spacing and things like that.

As I mentioned before, he was put on my radar a few years ago, well really five years ago now at the East West Shrine Bowl as a young up and coming coach to keep an eye on the way that it was put to me is that he's going to be a future offensive coordinator.

But there's also potential changes that are going to be happening with the Eagles staff.

And there's one that already has.

I will add to that in a moment.

But I think when you look at the current coaches who are in the fold, Scott Leffler,

the quarterback's coach to me, would appear to be if you're looking for a tweak here or there,

and I think I've talked about this on a previous podcast, that would be the most obvious

choice to

swap out, knowing Sean Mannion's background and coaching quarterbacks. I'm sure there's maybe a name

or two that he probably knows or is familiar with and would probably feel comfortable sliding
