0:08.3	Hi, my name's Andy Hall. I'm from the southwestern part of Virginia, originally from the town of Troutville and Grayson County next to Mount Rogers.
0:19.0	But I've lived within 20 miles of that area all my life.
0:26.4	I just turned 48.
0:29.2	I like to hunt and fish.
0:31.4	What I do, I spend quite a bit of time outdoors, not as nearly as much as I'd like to.
0:37.1	And that's kind of where I start having my encounters.
0:43.0	But the very first encounter I had was when I was very young.
0:49.4	My family lived up on the side of the mountain, and we was away from people.
0:57.1	Our closest neighbor that lived permanently was a little bit more a mile away.
1:02.8	There was another residence, but they was there just every so often or whatever.
1:08.6	So we were pretty much
1:12.1	isolated
1:13.2	and the road
1:16.5	going into the house
1:17.5	is just a little
1:18.4	mountain roads you needed a four-wheel
1:20.3	drive definitely in wintertime
1:21.8	sometimes during other parts of the year
1:23.8	but back to my
1:26.9	living we didn't even have of the year. But back to my living,
1:29.2	we didn't even have an outhouse.
