Welcome to Politics by Faith. We just recorded a TV show on the first TV called The Devil and DEI.

So outlined a little intro here on what DEI is. It's still around, by the way.

They changed the name of it. Belonging, but it's the same thing. So outline what it is why it's a problem. Then we talked to

the CEO of this company called Red Balloon, which is great. This guy saw a problem,

lived through the problem, was the victim of the problem, and then it was part of the solution

with this new company, Red Balloons. Great. So we talked to them. That would be part one. And then

part two, we'll talk to Dr. Joe Rigney, who is the author of The Sin of Empathy, which is what a lot of people get caught up in in this DEI. It's like, oh, we're just being nice to people. So we talk with him about the theology of all of this, and then wrap up with a little story about David. That's the plan. Here's part one of the devil and DEI.

We're all caught up on DEI, what that is now, right?

Diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The newest iteration as colleges and companies say, oh, we got rid of DEI,

and they just replaced it with something called belonging, departments of belonging.

Same filth, a new new name this was a woke way of of seeing the world as oppressed versus the oppressors this is the marxist worldview

it's the entirety of their worldview where everything is a battle between the oppressed people that are oppressed

by the oppressors.

And it is the job of the oppressors to now take, like white, cisgendered men, basically.

It is job of those people to now take the lowest seat at the table and give the oppressed

more power, the historically marginalized.

You'll hear them say that.

Give those oppressed people more power and also tear down the competent.
