thinking about it and trying to figure out what would be a good segment, I realize there's

no way I can encapsulate this man's life and career into just one segment. So here we are with a very special episode that will look at his career with some of

wrestling's leading historians.

And let's go now back to when he first put on that mask, when his career really took off

as the sensational intelligent destroyer in Los Angeles.

And let's talk with Jeff Walton, who of course would later work in the

Los Angeles Wrestling Office and was also president of the Fred Blassie fan club when he was

younger. Let's go to this conversation with Jeff Walton right now.

We're going to spend a few minutes in Los Angeles now and look at the destroyer's career in Los Angeles and specifically with the WWA, one of the major world championships at that time, and he was one of the perennial WWA champions.
