I would ask about their technical skills, like can my builder build off of your drawings,

you know, like, can you draw up a kitchen

kitchen cabin tree that then you can hand off to the cabinet shop

now the cabinet shop's gonna create their own shop drawings

but they can look at ours and really see what the finish look is going to be.

It's going to be dimensioned. It's fitting in the floor plan because we've all used the same

program that the architects have used. And these are technical. The tile drawings are all drawn in CAD. Every

single thing is specified. We've got finished schedules. So you're going to kind of

want to see examples of what that looks like and know that the work that your

designer is doing is something that they can

hand off to their subs that they can go off and use these drawings to work with.
