Mr. Orin McIntyre Oren I've been following you on X for a while. My husband and I agree

your account is one of the best ones, funniest ones, insightful, edgy, all of the good stuff.

And now you're actually a Blaze TV host. It was really cool. I was excited when they announced you. You have a show, you're also a writer with the Blaze. So can we can we talk a little bit first about your origin story, how you found

yourself in the crazy world of conservative digital media? Because this is so

interesting to me. You used to be a teacher, right? Yeah, I know, it's been a wild ride and thank you for all that kindness, but it has been very strange.

I was a high school teacher and I was a local journalist writing for you know different newspapers in my area and

then eventually became a staff writer and it was one of those things where you go to school for politics.

I worked a little bit in Republican politics.

I was writing, I was a political reporter.

So you understand things a certain way.

And then kind of the Trump phenomenon happened.

And I'm sitting in these press

gaggles when Trump comes to town or these events and it's just like oh everyone is

lying all of this is spin like they're they're manufacturing stuff whole out of

whole cloth and it completely changes the narrative in the conversation.

And like that's a very strange way to you know to pretend like this is how politics works.

Right so can I ask what specifically were you teaching when you were a teacher?

Yeah, I was teaching history and civics.
