Olympian yourself? Well USA Weightlifting provides athletes with an opportunity to

continue their athletic career following retirement from football their transitional athlete program their been training with USA Weightlifting and says it was the perfect way to get started in the sport.

I would totally advise somebody to use a transitional athlete program.

It's almost like a rubric for them to go off instead of just kind of learning and just trying to start somewhere and not know who to talk to or where to start.

Going into it, it's definitely something that if you've never looked at it before never looked at Olympic listing

or any experience very kind of makes you feel nervous going into it definitely go into it

full-fledged if I did again even if I knew nothing about it.

So, you know, anybody that's kind of timid about getting started

and looking at this definitely dive into something you might fall in love with.

I always want to like represent the other country in some way or another,

so this is like the steps and starting that.
