Okay, so my problem, I happen to say this up top, you know that I have my rants all the time.

0:11.1

And I got to tell you a funny rant I had the other day.

0:13.8

I'm all ears.

0:15.0

But I love my dentist.

0:17.9

Let me just say, I love my dentist.

0:19.6

She is amazing.

0:20.7

And truth, I think I'd rather love my dentist more than I'd rather love my doctor because dentistry feels more intimate towards your face and in your mouth. And like, they're always doing something when you go to the dentist. You never go and they do nothing. Good point. Yeah. Like when you go for a doctor for a checkup, like what are they doing? weighing you, asking you how you feel, checking your heart rate, whatever. And like that's it. But when you go to the dentist, it's like everything could be perfect and your teeth could be pearly white, but like they're still going to do that scraping thing. And they're like, let's sit you down and we're going to like, you know, just like blast your face away. Then when they have the conversations with you, as much as I agree with like, yeah, let's have a conversation. It's literally the opposite doctor appointment to be having a conversation because you're in my mouth, my mouth's like this and like pins and needles. And they're like, so how is the move? And you're like, I hang out guy move and you're like i hang out guy and you're like

1:12.5

what are you saying and i'm like can we just focus on what you're you're drilling something into

1:18.6

my mouth can we just focus speaking of focus and we'll kick key yeah sorry i love that no i love that

1:25.0

everybody welcome to shaken and disturbed we are we are right into obviously. We are in a hot button conversation right now. We started this before the show started, actually. And then we were like, let's just hit record. We need to talk about this. Dental and welcome, Darren, welcome, of course. It's been a minute because we took a week off for Darren's big move, and we'll talk about that in a second.

1:45.0

We'll talk all about it.

1:46.0

But yeah, we were talking about dental work.

1:48.0

I almost had to postpone the show today because I forgot I had a dentist appointment where they were going to be numbing me.

1:55.0

And I wasn't sure just hours before this if I was going to be able to even speak with my face numbed. And depending on where are they numbed it. Yeah, that's what they mean? Like I was like, what's going to happen? If it's over here, you're kind of fine. But if it's here, it's really tough. Oh, yeah, totally. And luckily, everything went pretty normal for the most part. We'll get into that in a second. And I'm able to speak. I do still feel I can tell there's a little bit of remnants on the side. You're drunk. And certain in certain words I am slurring. I'm noticing, like the top part of my lip isn't moving the way it normally does. So certain things are saying. Guys, he didn't go to the dentist. He got Botox. He just doesn't want to wait a minute. I was thinking it's funny because even like 25 minutes ago as I was like warm like not warming up but getting ready for the show, I was looking at myself in the Zoom because I had it set up already. And I was like and I was like talking to see what my face looked like. And I was like

2:51.4

noticing my face wasn't really moving. And I'm like, is this what Botox is like? Is this how is this how it works? So anyway, yeah, we were talking about what should we say? I mean, I was telling, should I tell them what happened like the scary thing that happened? You should tell them whatever you want. But my point is,

3:07.9

is stop having,

3:08.6

let's not have conversations

3:09.7

while your hands are in my mouth.

3:11.4

I know. what happened like the scary thing that happened you should tell them whatever you want but my point is is stop having let's not have conversations while your hands are in my mouth i know yeah let's let's take a pause maybe that's the lesson here today that's right okay so so what darren is like kind of piggybacking off of is that and i i want to first say love my dentist i love the dental hygienist it was the first time i worked with her today, lovely person, whatever. And I want to first say, love my dentist. I love the dental hygienist. It was the first

3:24.4

time I worked with her today. Lovely person, whatever. And she was very like step by step with me.

3:30.0

And long story short, I had to have the bottom right and the top right side of my mouth done today.

3:38.6

You know, procedures will keep it to myself for now, but I'll tell you guys
