An interesting piece.

In the LA Times talking about a good weekend, virus fuels another deadly trend, the Friday LA Times,

jump in traffic deaths blamed on recklessness in reaction to pandemic.

What does that mean in reaction to pandemic? Bored young men are having races on the highways,

like killing people, which is what I read about recently.

Later, Stephanie suggests that after decades of safety gains, the pandemic has made US drivers

more reckless, more likely to speed, drink, or use drugs and leave their seat belts unbuckled.

Yeah. Well, one day, way in the future, what I said in the beginning of the pandemic

and, roundly, derided for was that it was the greatest mistake in history, not the greatest evil.

I mean, clear the greatest mistake, a worldwide mistake. There have been greater mistakes on a local level.

This is just one example. The prices that people have paid. In mental health, relationships,

the staggering attack on children. That's the worst. Don't go to school for a year.

The cavalier attitude towards children on the part of teachers unions has to be one of the

enduring lessons any good person has learned. Teachers unions are evil.

If you're a member of a teachers union, you have joined something that hurts children. You know it

and everybody, no, that's not true. Not everybody knows it. Everybody knows it, but very few people admit it.

We won't come in until the children are vaccinated. It's had the cowards who teach your children.
