And he was saying we can't solve a legal immigration at the border

We have to get to the root cause

What the Democrats are doing is preparing for the 24 election

With a trial balloon of answers as to why legal immigration is so much worse

Some of you were around for George H. W. Bush's presidency from

January of 89 through

January of 93 when Clinton succeeded him so the 88 to 92 era

And a lot of people

Remember Dan Quayle as being dumb because the media told you he was dumb

Well, what the Bush presidency would do what the administration would do

Is they would use Dan Quayle as a trial balloon

So when they came up with something they an initiative

They would put Dan Quayle out in front of the media and he would

Lead the initiative

And they would watch the reaction let's see how the media reacts to it
