Content warning, this episode contains discussion of the murder of two girls.

Well, there have been two more motions filed in the Delphi Murders case, or more specifically, the case of the state of Indiana versus

Richard Allen. These filings both come from the prosecution.

One of them is a reference to one of the what seems to be with the

cornerstones of the state's case, which is the incriminating statements or confessions made by Richard Allen.

And the other motion refers to what seems to be one of the

quartersstones of the defense's case, which is the testimony of Todd

Klic.

Todd Klic, of course, is one of the founders

or one of the originators seemingly of the theory that this crime was committed

by Odinus and so it would seem that he would be a crucial witness indeed for the defense in the upcoming trial, which as we speak is scheduled to start in just a very few weeks.

This of course refers to a week or so ago the defense files a motion saying

Richard Allen has made quite a few confessions or incriminating statements

while he was incarcerated all of those should be excluded.
