So this morning we finished recording a cheat sheet episode, right before we released it, and I think we said something to the effect.

There would probably be more stuff happening in the Delphi case relatively soon, and those words seemed not surprisingly to be prophetic.

Indeed, there's always something happening in the Delphi case, but today maybe more so than most days I would say.

Why don't you explain what exactly happened in a nutshell, and then we'll go into it.

Okay, so what happened was that some attorneys on behalf of Richard Allen filed a case in the Indiana Supreme Court.

They filed it against the Carroll Circuit Court, and Judge Francis Gull herself contending that Judge Fran Gull has not maintained the public record in this case as she should have that she hasn't been doing that properly.

And they filed what's called a writ of mandamus, which is basically when you want a higher court to sell to tell someone lower down the chain, you need to do this or that.

So today we are going to be getting into why this may be a good strategic move for Andrew Baldwin and Brad Rosy, what this all means, and what might happen going forward.
