So we're recording on November 27th, 2023, and that of course is a date we've been anticipating for a while because as we

all know earlier the former defense team of Richard Allen with their own attorneys have

filed a couple of writs in the Indiana Supreme Court.

More importantly, they filed one writ which said,

we want Brad Rosie and Andrew Baldwin to come back on the case

is Richard Allen's defense attorneys.

We want Judge Gold to be removed as the judge in the case, and finally we want a trial to be granted within 70 days.

The significance of the November 27th date is that was the date by which Judge Gull had a deadline to respond to these arguments.
