Well, there was a time not too long ago where we also thought that we would be spending today and the next couple of days in a courtroom in Carroll

County as there was a multi-day hearing schedule to help resolve some of the

issues still outstanding in the Richard Allen case.

But we are not in that courtroom in Delphi, Indiana today and we will talk about why and

talk about some other filings in just a few minutes.
