that came out from the defense team recently.

This of course is the motion to suppress Richard Allen's second statement to police.

We're going to talk about what this all means,

of Miranda rights, and just kind of get into what

this reveals about the early days of the investigation

into Richard Allen for the murders of Delphi teenagers Abigail Williams and Liberty German.

Motion to suppress the accused's second statement. So, Oh, I always think it's interesting when we look at these documents to try to let them

speak for themselves. In other words instead of having us is a filter, why don't we at least begin by having the person who wrote the document basically explain in their words what they think it's about?

And this document is written by Andrew Baldwin, of course one of

Richard Allen's defense attorneys and let's hear how he sums it up.

Comes now the accused Richard Allen by and through counsel and moves this court to

suppress all statements from his October 26, 2022 interrogation at the hands of law
