So we're going to be very transparent here and tell you right at the outset that this is in episode.

We have struggled with. We have struggled both in how to tell the story.

We've struggled with when to tell the story.

We've struggled with how much of the story we should tell now or at any time.

We've even recorded a number of other versions of this episode.

We won't be releasing those. We've really tried to get this right while minimizing harm but ensuring that the public is aware of what's going on here.

Because we think it's an important story and there's information here that the public should frankly be aware of.

We're going to tell the stories best we can but certainly there are things we're not telling just now.

But I think we can expect more details to come out later both from us and other sources.

One reason we want to speak out now is because we feel like there's a lot of very inaccurate speculation going on out there about the upcoming hearing in the Delphine murders case and just about everything else as usual.

But suffice to say that what is really going on here is that there has been a catastrophic leak of crime scene photos in this case.

And we've pieced together how it happened.
