So I'm sure all of you remember that back on March 18th there was a pretty long hearing in this case which

focus largely on the issue of contempt or to be more precise, did the defense team of Andrew Baldwin and Brad

Rosie commit contempt of court in relationship to the leak of crime scene pictures.

I'm sure you also remember that after this hearing, or as this hearing was ending,

both attorneys, David Tennessee for Rosie and Baldwin and prosecutor Nick

McLean for the people, were given the opportunity to provide the court memos in which they discuss their own

interpretation of what the law is and what was pertinent about all of this.

And so we thought it would be a good idea for us to take a few minutes and talk about them with you.

We always try to call it as we see it. And so that means sometimes we say things

that get interpreted as being pro-prosecution. And then people who fall more along the defense side of things accused us of being pro-prosecution
