Summary

People have a lot of questions about what’s been happening in the Delphi case. What does it mean that Kegan Kline was temporarily transferred into the custody of the Indiana State Police? Is it possible Kegan Kline has made some sort of deal with prosecutors? Why would prosecutors even consider making a deal? Why did it take so long to arrest Kegan Kline after the raid on his home in 2017? And what about that probable cause affidavit to search Ron Logan’s property– does that mean Logan is guilty?

We decided to go to the experts to get some answers. Brett and Alice have a great deal of experience in criminal law and co host the Prosecutors, a popular podcast where they break down true crime cases in a fascinating and accessible way.
