I think at the root of this text, in everything they do they prosper,

is something more than my business will succeed, the marriage will succeed, my kids will all go straight,

and I never get sick, never have a car accident.

I think there's something more than that going on here.

Well now, really?

Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. well now really hmm what does that mean what does that mean well let's just let it stand for a minute there's a lot of prospering if you will do this text.

If you delight in the law of the Lord and meditate on it day and night and therefore

are weaned away from walking in the counsel of the ungodly and in the path of the sinners and settling into the seat of scoffers,

you probably won't get AIDS.

Probably, you might.
