Hey, everyone. I'm your other host, Caitlin. And welcome to this week's episode where I'm so excited.

We are doing The Last Jedi deleted scenes. It has been a while since we've been here in the Last Jedi

in the sequel trilogy. And we thought it was time. We thought it was due time to return to the

sequel trilogy. Mm-hmm. I miss it. Even just spending just a little bit of time reading through

the art of Last Jedi book and just like revisiting this era.

First off, it's crazy because they're talking about like 2014, 2015. I'm like, oh, that was 10 years

ago. It's really nuts. I know. And second, it's just, that time just holds such a special place in my heart and I will

forever be nostalgic for it, the ideas and the conversations and just Ryan Johnson.

I just miss it all.

I really miss it all.

So I'm really excited to talk about the deleted scenes because I do think we've talked about

these before in a different context.

We've definitely talked about them in when we did like two months straight of the Last Jedi

coverage in 2018. So they definitely got covered then. But I'm excited to kind of focus on them,

you know, almost 10 years later to kind of see what things

have changed. And, you know, I had actually forgotten that Ryan Johnson did a commentary with all

of these deleted scenes. And it was so, I don't know, it was just so nice. It was so nice

to friend Ryan Johnson again. Just so generous with his

bonus features too.
