I get a lot of calls from people regarding like hey we're going to suppression, the defense wants to argue this,

hey, this, hey, my prosecutor doesn't know this.

Look, here's the deal.

Let's still go to defense attorneys for a second.

One, most of them aren't that good. Let's be very clear.

No offense to anybody's in this group who might be a municipal court defense attorney

or prosecutor, but generally and especially at a municipal court level they're really not good at all

You're probably not getting into your big heavy hitting monster attorneys until you get to some real high profile stuff, guys that are charging

for 50 an hour, 5.50 an hour for their services, maybe even up to a

thousand dollars an hour for their services, you're going to get high profile people

that I would be really genuinely concerned with. You're in this group, you're learning the things that you're learning.

You have to trust what you know and what you've done. I'm always available to run that past me, but see there's

a game outside of the legal aspect of things, whether it's right or wrong. Your defense attorneys
