Liverpool.com writer Kiefer to discuss the Liverpool Summer Transfer Plans for

the defence in this three-part series we're doing this week.

Yeah definitely I think there's a few scenarios to sort out there some of a few

clop on his staff isn't there. I think certainly outgoing as well. You look at

Joe Gomez. I thought he was great on Sunday night at fullback but we all know that he doesn't want to play their long term.

And then do the other side of that stick is if he doesn't want to play their long term,

you can need a replacement for Trent, Alexander Arnold, and obviously we earn a house special and unique he is

You know it's not an easy task to find someone who kind of slots in like a glove on that right hand side. I mean, you know, we kind of we've seen it with cost acid his second season.

He's he's been a lot better and he's been able to close that gap and allow Robertson to kind of have

games off here and there or maybe when he's, you know, not been at the peak of his

powers, which has, you which has been really useful for

Liverpool and as I say in challenges on four fronts but I think that the key thing is

now to kind of find that on the rat inside of Trent you know we've got Neco Williams he's out and

learning at for them and he's doing well but you know after having a taste of

first team football is you're going to want to come back and sit on the

bench and play here and there so yeah just plenty of the scenarios and stuff to sort out

yeah I mean like you say that the left back position I think is fair to say it's probably

sorted there's no need for incoming or outgoings. I think I saw
