Now, those who have followed the podcast know that we've responded to several of John Piper's teachings,

as he is one of the key leaders in the Calvinistic resurgence among Southern Baptist especially,

among many of my friends.

In fact, myself very much influenced by John Piper and those who have been influencers of him

even before John Piper became real well known.

My father was friends, still is friends, with Louis Giglio, who was a part of

a Texas ministry at Baylor and worked with my dad in several different events over the years

and worked with several other ministry leaders. And I think Louis Giglio is probably one through

passion and his influence on and bringing passion into popularity

and what he was working on there.
