Comic book sales were booming. multiple wars were being waged

and a dark night returned for one more round star wars returned to marvel secret wars

launched a brand new campaign and frank miller brought closure to his Dark Night trilogy, which Siren

songstress ruled the music charts.

I mean, just dominated.

2015 is waiting for us to revisit the very best in comics, movies, music, television,

and games on an all-new edition of Robeservations.

and how they have just exploded

into pop culture across so many different platforms and have become basically the leading

source of inspiration for stories, for streaming, for movies, for games.

We love comic books.

We love superheroes.

I have been grabbing them off the spinner racks.

They're rusty, the creaky old spinner axe since I was seven years old.

1974, rich memories of so many comics, how they transformed me, how they inspired me,

gave me my career in comics.

38 years I have been making the comics. This podcast was born in the pandemic three years ago
