What do we got going on?

Your subordinates resistance to your plan

isn't, is not disrespectful.

Actually, it may be the exact opposite of that.

Wait a second you're saying if I tell my subordinate a plan and they they show me

resistance to the plan that I came up with.

That's not just disrespect that they shouldn't get smashed

for their behavior.

Yeah, compliance is not our goal here.

Yeah. Okay. But yeah, that's the here. Yeah, okay.

But yeah, that's the scenario.

So this is literally the situation
